Harbour Oaks #111, a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condominium on the ground floor overlooking the lagoon. This unit features hardwood floors and an open living room and dining area. It is perfect for relaxing with family after a beach day. The dining room can seat up to six people. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds and TVs.
The Harbour Oaks Community is located in a quiet gated community off Mallery Street. Just a few blocks away are the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse and the Village and Pier Area, Neptune Fun Zone, and unique shops and restaurants. Harbour Oaks Community amenities consist of a tennis court, a fitness center and a swimming pool. The grounds are beautifully designed with lagoons.

* The number of guests at the property is limited to six (6). * Dogs can be brought in with an additional fee that is not refundable. * 1 covered parking space is available. Additional parking is available to accommodate extra vehicles. * Public Beach Access is approximately 1 mile away; walk to the Pier or main village area. All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25.
