Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this nicely updated, three bedroom, two bathroom ground level vacation rental residence at Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island.

This unit has a beautifully updated kitchen - you will love the coffee bar! The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably with 3 additional bar seats nearby. The kitchen, dining room and den are all open space - with plenty of seating room.

The master bedroom is large with a new king bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen tv and private en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. On the other side of the living area, you will find the first guest bedroom with a new queen bed, ceiling fan and television; the final guest bedroom has a lovely set of twin beds. The 2nd bathroom is a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Community amenities include a swimming pool (open seasonally), tennis courts and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Village/Pier, lighthouse, Neptune Fun Zone and many one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. If you are up for recreation, just outside the gates of Harbour Oaks is one of the many parks on the island with dog parks, tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds and more!

Harbour Oaks #123 is a ground level 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a completely renovated kitchen.

Dear Guests,

Thank you to all who selected 123 Harbour Oaks for your vacation and a special thanks to our return guests. Updates / improvements to the unit this year included a new king mattress and a new queen mattress. We had an electrician replace all of the old pull chain lights in the closets with brighter LEDs controlled by wall switches. There is a new bench in the main bedroom. The ceilings and walls in the WC and entrance in the main bedroom have been newly fixed up and painted. There is a new ceiling fan in the living room and new blinds in the sunroom. There is also a new bench hallway tree at the front entrance. We hope you enjoy these updates on your next stay. Mandy and Phil; Owners; 123 Harbour Oaks.

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
Dogs 35lbs and under are allowed with a $100/pup non-refundable fee. Strict HOA - 2 dog limit.
1 Covered parking spot is available. Additional parking is available for extra vehicles in unmarked spots.
Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
There are 2 TVs and 1 DVD player located in this property.
Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Complex was quiet and people were kind and smiled when they saw us. The locals didn't seem annoyed at our presence. The place is close to everything.A 16 minute walk gets you to the light house and restaurants and a beach. The place was clean the furniture could use updating and the coffee maker is pretty gross but the master bathroom is Awesome. The shower is perfect for getting all the sand off. The kids loved their bedroom with two beds and my parents loved the guest room. They slept so well. Over all it was a great 2 night stay and I will for sure use real escape properties again the next time we want to stay on the island!!
