The Pink House is a home that has been updated with modern touches. Enjoy the spacious den with a view of the backyard. There is plenty to sit on - you'll probably prefer the shaded wooden arbor for entertaining family and friends.
The master bedroom and one of the guest rooms both have a King-sized bed. The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds. There are hardwood floors throughout, two flat-screen TVs, a fully-stocked kitchen, a fireplace, and a fenced backyard with a large deck.
St. Simons Pier Village has become a popular destination for locals as well as guests from out of town. The village is always buzzing with activity. Barbara Jeans and Brogens are only a few of many amazing restaurants in this area. There are many unique boutiques, custom shops and other stores lining the streets. Check out the historic St. Simons Island Lighthouse, as well as the historical markers located around the village and Neptune Park. This area is rich in history!

All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25.
