This 6 bedroom, 4 bath house is conveniently situated in the East Beach neighborhood. You are only a mile away from the downtown village with the St. Simons Pier, Lighthouse and the beach. There is enough room for everyone with two separate living rooms and an open floorplan. The bathrooms have been renovated and the kitchen updated with a new refrigerator and dishwasher.
Enjoy the open and bright floor plan, with plenty of natural light throughout. Or relax outside by the pool and admire the beautiful oaks.
You will be welcomed by a bright open living room with a large 50" flat screen television, dining area and a view of the pool. To the left of this living room, you will find 3 bedrooms, including 2 master suites.
You will be comfortable in the first master bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, a private en suite with a walk in shower and double sinks, a mini refrigerator, a 42" flat screen cable TV, a power recliner and ceiling fan.
The second master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan and a full en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom features two sets of bunks and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom has one set of bunks. In the hallway, you will find a half-bathroom. There is plenty of space for the whole family! !

The renovated kitchen, with all-new appliances, is located to the right of the living area. The kitchen has a view of the second living room with a 42" TV and the pool. Two additional bedrooms are located off of the living area (one with a King bed and the other with Queen). Both bedrooms have ceiling fan and there is a bathroom between them with a bathtub shower.
Sit around the pool on the 2 rocking chair or the patio table with 6 chairs. You can also relax in the lounge chairs and catch some rays. In the outdoor shower, rinse off the sand.
