Fuller Breeze: Walk to the Beach from this Six Bedroom House on St. Simons Island
Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this ultimate multifamily beach house. The house retains all the charm and character of a traditional beach home with all the modern conveniences. There is plenty of space for gatherings with family. We hope you will enjoy our home as we do! St. Simons Island has a special feel in every season.
Two separate living rooms, two kitchens and a large deck that has outdoor seating areas and three screened porches equipped with porch swings and rocking chair allow for privacy. Fuller Breeze is a short distance from the ocean, in a quiet neighborhood. It's also a mile away from the village and pier on the island wide paved bike path. The interiors are a recreation of the original 1920's house built by our grandparents but with modern comforts. All rooms have beaded board ceilings with overhead fans.
''Fuller Breeze" has six bedrooms. Three of them have queen-size beds, two have double beds and the sixth has two twin beds. In each living room, a queen sofa sleeper can be found. Both fully equipped kitchens include a gas range, electric oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice makers. The larger kitchen features a dining room with seating for 8-10 people and a breakfast counter with seating for 4. Two tables can seat four people each on the rear deck. The rear porch can seat six people.
Each living room is equipped with a TV, VCR, CD, stereo, and stereo system. The main living room has an iPod dock and speakers. This large space opens up through French doors onto the rear deck. You can use two stack washer/dryers as well as Wi-Fi and an outdoor gas barbecue. There is parking for up to six vehicles, of which two can be parked underneath the house.
The house can be rented either in its entirety as Fuller Breeze or divided into two wings (Island Breeze, with 4 bedrooms, or Lesser Breeze, with 2 bedrooms), depending on your requirements.

Pier Village is 1.2 miles from Public Beach Access. All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at a minimum age of 25. Each TV has an Amazon Fire Stick plugged in. Each unit comes with instructions for using SlingTV.
