Real Escapes Properties proudly presents Island Breeze. This unique island property, originally built in 1929, was completely renovated in 1996. The house has all the modern amenities and retains its traditional charm. All rooms have beaded board ceilings with overhead fans. There is plenty of room for family gatherings. The house is available for rent as a whole under the name Fuller Breeze, or as a four bedroom called Island Breeze.
The kitchen features a dining room table that seats 8-10 people and a breakfast counter that seats 4. Island Breeze has a large deck that includes outdoor seating areas. Screened porches, with porch swings or rocking chairs, are also available for private time.
The living room is equipped with a TV, VCR, CD, stereo, and stereo system. The main living space also has an iPod dock with speakers. French doors lead to the rear deck. You can use stack washer/dryers, Wi Fi, and an outdoor grill.
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood just a short distance from the ocean. It is also a mile away from the village and pier on the island's paved bike path. Parking is available for four cars. Two of them can be parked underneath the house to keep out of the rain.
