This lovely two bedroom cottage is presented by Real Escapes Properties. It is located at the end a quiet cul de sac. You are near the village and can walk to restaurants or the beach. What could be better than a day at the beach, followed by a quick walk to an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the sand with a warm shower? Bring your dog along and let him shower in a large space that can accommodate a small group. The back yard has been enclosed to prevent young children or pets from wandering into the neighboring neighborhood.
Slack Tide Cottage is available on the front porch. There are four rocking chairs, two small tables and a cooler for you to enjoy. As the sun sets, you can rock without stress and plan the rest your evening. Will it be an evening at home with a barbecue or a walk to a nearby restaurant?
The spacious dining and living room features a flat screen TV, ceiling fan and plenty of seating. A table for four is located in the dining room, which is just off the kitchen. This cottage is nicely upgraded, and you'll find everything you need to cook in the kitchen: Keurig coffee maker and blender, toaster and microwave, pots and pans, etc.
You will find the large Master Bedroom, with a King-sized bed, writing desk, ceiling fan, and TV, just down the hall. Just off the Master Bedroom is a full-sized laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer side by side. The slightly smaller bedroom is located across the hall from the master. It has a Queen-sized mattress, a ceiling fan, and new linens.
The Wi-Fi network is fast and reliable. Tell your friends about the peace and quiet of an island with only 15,000 residents. Do you play golf? There are many golf courses to choose from in the Golden Isles. Every year, there is a PGA event held on Saint Simons, the RSM Classic. It takes place in November. Come and watch your favorite players in person at a tournament hosted Davis Love III.
