Property Description

This brand new 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage has a spacious and open floor plan. It is also dog friendly. There is even more - a private swimming pool in the fenced back yard!
The shiplap walls will make you feel like you are in an exclusive place.
The wine cooler is also brand new. The dining table comfortably seats four people, and there are also additional seats available at the island bar. The living room has a 55" TV and brand new furniture.
The Master Suite is located on the main level and has a king-sized bed, a large TV, an en suite bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower, and a large closet. Two additional bedrooms are located on the main floor, both with queen-sized beds and TVs. There is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower between the two bedrooms.
Two more bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first bedroom is equipped with twin beds, while the second has a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat screen TVs. The upstairs full bathroom has a tub/shower.
Your biggest decision will be whether you want to gather on the front porch rocking chair or the back porch (just off the kitchen) which leads to your personal swimming pool.
There is ample space for family and friends. The beach decor will make you want to stay longer. This adorable cottage is located close to King & Prince Beach & the Village.
All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at the age of 25.
