The well-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area, with seating for six people, are located to the left of the Great Room. On the main floor, you will also find the Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed, a large sitting area, and an en-suite with a walk-in-shower, a spa tub and double vanities. The generous screened porch, located off the great room, has plenty of seating and leg room for your guests. One bedroom has a Queen bed, another has a daybed with trundle, and the last one has twin beds. Island Time, located at 107 Demere Retreat Lane is a island favorite!
