The attached bathroom (with walk-in shower) can be accessed both from the hallway and the guest bedroom. The community has one covered parking space assigned and plenty of room for overflow parking. There is a swimming-pool and an elevator. 760 Ocean Boulevard, located near Village Shops & Restaurants and directly across from a public access beach, is close to the Village Shops & Restaurants.
