This is an exclusive property! Beachview 913 has a gourmet kitchen, high-end Viking appliances and Kitchen-aide appliances including a separate wine cooler. It also features marble floors and 15' ceilings.
The living/dining area has a large flat-screen TV and many windows facing the ocean. This home has 3 large bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom for privacy. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and ceiling fan. One guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and ceiling fan, while the other has twin beds.
The balcony that runs the length of the house offers stunning oceanfront views and plenty of seating for the entire family. You can grill on the patio with the help of the private elevator.
This property is perfect for a couple or family retreat!
Beachview 913, located on St. Simons Island's oceanfront and near the Pier area for shopping and dining, is a great vacation home.

Beautiful location and big beautiful space that we hope to rent again in the future. The owners do need to attend to some updates and improvements. The tinted window film is peeling off a number of windows for example.
