It's only the beginning! Ocean Pearl offers a brand new construction with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a completely fenced-in house for privacy. It also features all new furniture, decor, and furnishings. The list is endless.
The "setup" of the dining experience is the chef's kitchen, with its gas oven and cooktop. Ocean Pearl's signature piece is the dining room table. The table was carved from a giant Ambrosia Maple from the North Georgia Mountains, sanded by the owners and finished, with two live edges, seating eight. You can comfortably seat up to 10 people for any meal with two additional seats at the bar. The wine cooler is conveniently located in the "island" of the kitchen. Keep your best wines at the perfect serving temperatures.
After dinner, you might want to retire to your cocktail pool in the courtyard for a swim and, of course a cocktail! The pool area has a tropical feel with a gas grill that can be used all year long and a fire pit for cooler temperatures. Not only that. Watch the big game on the 50-inch HD flat screen TV from the pool. You can do almost everything from the poolside courtyard.
The living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV, a sectional sofa, and easy chairs. You can enjoy your favorite shows in the winter with the fireplace glowing.
After a long day of cooking, dining, swimming and congregating around family and friends, it's time to call it quits. You will be in another bedroom.
Ocean Pearl is a great rental because of the elegant master bedroom on the main floor with king-size bed and en suite bathroom with walk-in tub, double vanity and standalone shower. Three more bedrooms are located upstairs. The king bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the queen bedroom upstairs. The "Fish Room" is the name of the king-sized bedroom. You will understand why after looking at the pictures. The "Starfish Room" is the name of the queen bedroom. Both bedrooms have flat panel TVs. The Jack and Jill that connects the two bedrooms features a double vanity and a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is for children. The bunk system is unique, with one upper bunk, two lower ones and a trundle. This room is a favorite for kids because of the wall-mounted TV and the amount of space to play.
