Welcome to the newly renovated Coral Cottage on St. Simons Island. Gascoigne Condominium Community, nestled in a lovely neighborhood with a laid-back vibe, is one of the very first places you will see when you arrive on St. Simons Island. We are happy you are here!
This two bedroom, one bath townhouse unit is perfect for your St. Simons Island holiday. Enjoy the hardwood floors, comfortable furnishings, and upgraded kitchen and bathroom. The owners have done some amazing renovations. The dining room has enough room for six people.
Do you need to get some work done? There is a dedicated space for remote working.
Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds are located upstairs, and a full bathroom is in between. The sofa downstairs can be converted into a sleeper couch if you want to accommodate six people. The large deck and green area is a great way to pass the time on lazy summer days.
Coral Cottage has an outdoor shed that contains the following items: beach chairs, kids toys, 2 adult bikes with lockable locks, and 2 adult bicycles. This property comes with additional amenities like beach towels, an electric blender, an electric kettle, and an electric whisk.
Gascoigne Condominiums is located near the beach, bike trails, the Pier, and the village area. This location allows for easy access to and from the island.
Enjoy the private shower outside when returning from the beach and the community pool when not at the beach.
NOTE: Fireplace is not usable. Decorative only.

The property was nice and in great condition. Our family of 5 was quite comfortable there. It wasn't terribly far from the village area, but you definitely had to drive to get to the beach and restaurants.

Pretty quiet location except for the lawn service with their blowers at 8 am every Monday. Spacious rental that's clean and up to date. Easy to get to the beach and great shopping.
