Mariners Landing, a townhouse development, is conveniently located to allow easy access to St Simons Island beaches, the pier area, Redfern Village, and golfing venues. FLETC agents love this location because it is easy to get on and off of the island. The townhouses have been built recently with high ceilings and many high-end finishes. The community pool is a great feature!
Bring your boat. Gascoigne Bluff and the St. Simons Public Marina are both within walking distance of the complex. The Frederica River is within walking distance, as are the fishing dock, Frisbee Golf and fitness trail. You gotta love it.

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom unit will make you feel right at home. The bedrooms are carpeted and the hardwood floors are throughout. You'll find the 1/2 bathroom and 2 closets just off the front entry.
The main floor features an open plan that connects kitchen, dining and living areas so that everyone can take part in family and friends gatherings. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The main level has a screened-in patio, perfect for afternoon drinks or morning coffee.
Three bedrooms and a laundry room are located upstairs. The master bedroom with a king-size bed has a walk-in closet with plenty of space for storage, an en suite bathroom with his-and-hers sinks and a large walk-in-shower as well as a separate restroom with a privacy door. The two other bedrooms have queen-size bedding and share a bathroom.

The property had been newly refurbished so much of it was new. Convenient location in fairly close proximity to shops and beaches. Ample parking, good bedrooms and bathrooms and a fully fitted kitchen.
