This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condominium is located in the gated community The Waterfront at Golden Isles Marina, where you will be surrounded by stunning views. The location is perfect for easy access to and from the island. It's close to shopping, restaurants, and the Pier area.
Enjoy the views of the island from the fully equipped kitchen, the dining area, and the living room. There is also a large balcony that separates the master bedroom from the living area. Each morning, enjoy the sunrise on the island and each evening, the sun setting over the boats in the harbor.
Amenities include a full-size washer/dryer in the laundry room, a gas fireplace and Smart TVs with wireless internet, as well as a desk area for personal use, and a sleeper couch. The community pool includes a hot tub, a fish cleaning nook, and a gas grill. The garage offers covered parking.

The dining table comfortably seats four people, with the option to add four more. The living room has an extra-large television, relaxing furniture, games and a large window with views of the marsh and waterfront. The master bedroom and one guestroom have king-sized beds, while the third room has a queen. A sleeper sofa is available in the living area to provide an additional full-size mattress. All bathrooms feature walk-in showers. The Master Suite has a bathtub, as well as wall to wall glass doors that lead to the balcony.
The adjacent marina offers casual/fine dining at lunch and dinner, not to mention an abundant happy hour! The outdoor seating offers a view of the water. The marina offers many activities, including boat rentals and fishing. Pier Village is only a 5-minute drive from the condo, and the main beach is only 3.5 miles away. There are many opportunities to explore, walk, or bike.

Thank you so very much for offering such a lovely place to stay on the island. I grew up 40 miles from here and my favorite memories always were the beautiful “marshes of Glynn”. We often still come to East Beach here for vacation. But, I must tell you, your condo is one of my favorite places we have stayed. You have decorated so simply but tastefully. I really love the Marina. I love the boats at the dock and most particularily “the marshes”. It is so comfortable here and very enjoyable. This property is well equipped with everything you need even bikes and beach chairs. We had a few minor issues with the place, but the property managers seemed interested in taking notes to take care of those items for future guests. I would stay there again. The Coastal Kitchen is a terrific restaurant you can walked to from the property.
