Welcome to Island Living in Shadow Brooke, Unit 200, Building 136. The pictures are enough to describe this beautiful unit. Great location just off Demere Road. It is approximately 2 miles from the best beach access or St Simons Lighthouse Pier and South Village area.
This unit looks like it was professionally furnished and decorated. The main living space features a shared open living and dining area - spacious, comfortable and tastefully linked together. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is ample seating in the den. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, jetted garden tub and king-sized bed. Each of the other two bedrooms has a queen-sized bed. The second bathroom is between the two bedrooms.
The screened deck, off the living room, is furnished with a full-size sofa and easy chairs. Enjoy the late afternoons bug-free. You can also access the community pool, which has waterfalls and marsh view. The grill is located in the unit's storage closet.
This is the perfect place to call home while you're on St Simons Island.
This unit is only available on a monthly basis in December, January, and February.
