This location is an easy on and off the island location loved by FLETC agents. The townhouses are recent construction with many high-end finishes and high ceilings. You will enjoy the seasonal community pool (mid-April-Labor Day)!

Bring your boat! The St. Simons Public Marina is a short walk from the complex and you can enjoy the green space at Gascoigne Bluff. You are walking distance to the Frederica River, fishing dock, Frisbee golf and fitness trail. You gotta love it.

You will feel right at home in this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit with hardwood floors throughout, with the bedrooms carpeted. Just off the front foyer, youll find the bath.

The main level features an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining and living rooms so everyone can participate in family and friend gatherings. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, lots of counter and cabinet space. The main floor level includes a screened in patio perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and the laundry room. This town home was in the perfect location and fairly well maintained. A couple of things that we found to be disappointing were the build-up on the shower heads and the overwhelming scent of the trash in the garage. Unfortunately there’s not a way around the smell because I’m assuming the community requires the trashcan to be hidden. If you stay here just try to avoid opening the garage door unless absolutely necessary. The home is decorated beautifully but has so many knick-knacks that it’s a little tedious to navigate if you have young children. The home is equipped with all of the kitchenware that you could possibly need. It is spacious enough for a group of 5-6 but would probably be a bit tight with any more than that. Overall great location and very lovely. And the customer service was exceptional, they were available to contact even in the middle of the night when we arrived and couldn’t figure out how to enter the property.
