The screen porch, with some great views, overlooks the lake, 18th green and the fairway. The kitchen is well equipped for all of your cooking needs. This unit may seem small, but it has over 800 SF of heated and cooled living space.

The trees surrounding the lake are home to hundreds of sea birds where they come to roost for the night. Spend your afternoons watching the herons, spoonbills and egrets come home to roost.

This beautiful condo is located in Sea Palms. You will be within walking distance to Sago restaurant at the Sea Palms clubhouse. During your stay at the Blue Heron you will be within 2 miles of numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities. (The Red, Barn, Brogen's North, La Plancha, Frederica Caf, Delaney's Bistro, Sal's Pizza, Halyards, Tramici's, and Certified Burger. ) Only 5 miles to the beach and the pier, lighthouse and village area.
