Property Description

Welcome to Oceanwood 108, more lovingly known as "The Gilly". This newly renovated, freshly painted condo has it all. Location, luxury, and new everything! You have a short walk to the beach, but this unit is fully equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart with Yeti cooler, Beach umbrella and tent and an awesome beach cart to carry the load. Appreciate the Alexa speakers, Apple phone and watch chargers in each room.

The Gillys kitchen has all-new black stainless-steel appliances, cabinets, and counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked - even with a food processor, electric kettle and both drip & Keurig coffee makers. The quaint breakfast area seats four.

As you walk from the foyer to the living room, the plantation shutters on all the windows and the hardwood floors gives the entire unit an elegant appearance. Kick back in the living room that seats seven and enjoy the large flat panel TV (cable tv with full channel lineup) or take nap on one of the two large sofas where you can stretch out. A dining room table that seats eight and the eclectic, original art work throughout rounds out the first floor of this condo along with a full-size bathroom with walk-in shower. In addition, there is a stackable washer/dryer for your use along with a new stand-alone ice maker to fill your coolers for the beach!

Shiplap siding follows you as you head up the upstairs. The second floor has new carpet and two completely updated bedrooms. One bedroom with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen makes for easy sleeping. Each bed has luxurious down comforters with extra pillows and blankets. Upstairs also features a reading alcove with bench seating and storage underneath. Just beyond that is a small corner office for writing or surfing the internet. There is a laptop friendly workspace with USB ports, 3 prong plugs and a wireless printer with supplies.

Relish the plush terry robes as you head to the shared master bath with a spa-styled soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Beautiful new plumbing fixtures and upgraded tile are located throughout.

Had a great day at the beach? Enjoy outdoor dining with plenty of space or just relaxing on the back deck with the newly renovated garden style patio with string lighting and a gas grill.
