Cute! Cute! Cute! Easy walking distance to the St. Simons Pier and Village area. New home in established neighborhood off of Kings Way with 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. Comfortable, quiet and cute!

Everything in this house is new! As you enter this charming cottage, you'll run across an informal sitting area that leads to a larger, open den and dining room. The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably. Plenty of windows allow for light to shine in the den in this live oak-shaded neighborhood. The master bedroom has a king bed, television, ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Upstairs, one guest room has a king bed; the other - a set of full-sized beds.

Come visit St. Simons Island this year. Magnolia Getaway in the heart of the south end will be perfect for you!

Any group gatherings and events at this property can not exceed 8 guests.
One (1) pup is allowed in this unit for an additional $100 non-refundable fee. (No cats.)
Parking is available for up to 2 cars in the driveway
1.5 miles to Public Beach Access, easy walk to Pier, Village and Lighthouse.

Minimum age to rent is 25. This applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags (Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.)
