Located along Gore Creek and just a short walk away from the chair lifts, this condo lets you experience the best of Vail without ever being too far from home! This 2500-square foot property is perfect for large families, with 5 bedrooms and plenty of sleeping space. The primary bedroom is spacious, and features a king bed and wall-mounted HD TV, as well as a private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The second bedroom has its own bathroom as well, and has a single queen bed. The third bedroom shares a bathroom with the fourth bedroom, and has 3 beds: 2 twin beds and 1 king bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds as well. The final bedroom has a full bed, and access to its own bathroom.The large living area lets everyone be part of the action! The living room has enough seating for everyone, featuring a large L-shaped couch with plenty of cushions, two chairs, and a smaller couch. The living room also has a large wall-mounted TV and a fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would expect from a property of this caliber: beautiful countertops, counter seating, and all the appliances you need to cook a feast! Partial or pro-rated refunds ARE NOT available in cases of weather, lack of snow, poor skiing conditions, health issues or transportation delays. We strongly recommend you obtain "travelers' insurance." Contact us prior to or on the final payment to purchase travelers insurance.
A full or partial refund may be granted at the sole discretion of RentVail based on recovery of lost rents through re-booking.
50% of the total rental cost is due at time of booking.
The balance of the total rental cost is due 60 days prior to arrival date. Balances will be charged to the card on file automatically. Confirmations automatically go out when payments are processed.

ADDITIONAL PERSON CHARGES:
Each home has an occupancy level based on actual bedding.
Some homes can accommodate additional people for an additional $35 per night upon approval by Rent Vail. In the case where additional people have stayed in the home without the prior consent of Rent Vail, an additional $150 per night will be added to the credit card on file.
