The entire home has stunning views of Puget Sound's Dyes Inlet waters & Olympic mountains. Enjoy having high tea or taking photos in the vintage ice cream saloon!

Outdoor fun includes a beach with a public boat launch for kayaks to small boats.

The Victorian half of the home welcomes you with intricate details, ornate decor and picturesque bay windows. The foyer boasts soaring ceilings, intricate moldings, and a majestic staircase.
The South side of the home, right off the formal dining room, has a modern kitchen and a large living room with vaulted ceilings and a hand built spiral staircase.

When it's time to retire for the evening, the modern side offers cozy twin beds atop the spiral staircase and a queen bed in a serene bedroom complete with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. On the Victorian side, find serenity in the second-floor bedrooms, one with a king bed and another with a queen, each boasting mesmerizing water views. The third floor transforms into a casual retreat with extra-large bean bags, a TV area, and four twin beds, ideal for late-night conversations or gaming sessions.


Step outside to a selection of outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment. Whether it's gathering around the firepit on the expansive patio, enjoying the morning air on the wraparound porch, or hosting a barbecue over the carport on the sizable deck, you'll find the perfect spot to unwind. This nearly 4500 SqFt home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; two attic rooms provide more sleeping arrangements.

* Ice Cream Saloon *
This unforgettable photo opportunity is in the basement of the Victorian half of the home. You are welcome to take pictures and selfies, but DO NOT disturb the vintage machinery and touch the taps/spouts. While this is a working ice cream soda fountain, only authorized staff may run the equipment. Any damage from misuse will be charged to the guest.

Kitchen/Coffee & Tea Station – Enjoy decadent teas and coffees from all over the world in a variety of ways: Teapot, traditional potted coffee, single-serve Keurig, French press, pour-over, and… a working Victorian-style coffee maker (video instructions will be provided)!

Patios – a patio off the kitchen features a gas grill, a fire pit, and a hang-out area to eat and relax. Over the Carport is a larger entertaining area with a charcoal grill.

Fireplaces – two gas and one wood-burning fireplace provide ample heat and coziness.

*Bedroom 1 (Modern/South half of house, main floor) w/ Queen Bed and private bathroom*
The queen-sized mattress is fully encased with comfortable linens and pillows in zippered cases; HD TV in the dresser opposite the bed has a Roku device installed (guest mode). The private bathroom has a regular toilet and a bidet and the large walk in shower there are two shower heads.

* “Bedroom” 2 (Modern/South half of house, Attic) w/ Two (2) Twin Beds and Exercise Center
The twin-sized mattresses are fully encased with comfortable linens and pillows in zippered cases; HD TV on the table opposite the beds has a Roku device installed (guest mode). This “bedroom” shares the half bath in the main hallway.

* Bedroom 3 (Victorian, second floor) w/ King Bed and Bay Window
The king-sized mattress is fully encased with comfortable linens and pillows in zippered cases; HD TV on the dresser opposite the bed has a Roku device installed (guest mode). This bedroom shares a full bathroom on the same floor.

* Bedroom 4 (Victorian, second floor) w/ Queen Bed and Attic entrance
The queen-sized mattress is fully encased with comfortable linens and pillows in zippered cases; HD TV on the dresser opposite the bed has a Roku device installed (guest mode). This bedroom shares a full bathroom on the same floor.

* “Bedroom” 5 (Victorian, third floor/Attic) w/ Four (4) Twin Beds and TV area.
The twin-sized mattresses are fully encased with comfortable linens and pillows in zippered cases; HD TV on the table at the top of the stairs has a Roku device installed (guest mode). This “bedroom” shares the full bathroom on the second floor, or half bath on the mail floor.

*** Safety window ladders will be available and easily visible in the attic sleeping areas “Bedrooms” 2 & 5.

*Work center(s)*
There are three dedicated work centers/desks, one in each of these areas: Victorian Attic, Victorian King bedroom, and the Modern living room.

*Entertainment*
Five (5) High-Definition TVs will be connected to Roku streaming devices in Guest mode (you will have to log-in using your own account; the system will logout upon your departure). A video game console (Xbox 360 currently) and a sample of games are available in the Victorian attic.

*Laundry*
A stackable washer and dryer are available just to the left of the kitchen and wall desk. Detergent pods, bleach, wool dryer balls, and dryer sheets are provided.

Super high speed Wi-Fi access throughout the home

Portable A/C unit(s) will be provided during the summer months.

Families with Kids: Convertible crib bed, pack & play, stroller with rain cover, and/or diaper pail can be provided upon request in advance. A nominal charge will apply.

Pets: Dog bowls, a bed, bag dispensers, and toys will be provided. We must restrict pets to dogs only. Please follow local laws and keep your dogs on leash at all times.

For large group reservations, please make sure that you carefully read the above details and are okay with the sleeping arrangements.

Guest access
Electronic keypad entrance at the kitchen door (up the covered stairs from the carport). Carport and driveway parking is available; there is a shared driveway/access road to the home. Please obey the speed limit and do not disturb the neighbors. There is also plenty of free street parking on the residential street behind the home on Naomi St. Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.

Guests have access to everything in the home and on the property, EXCEPT:

1) The garage/basement area other than the Ice Cream Saloon. The area will be cordoned off.
