Entertainment -- Super High Speed Starlink WIFI and HDTVs with Roku streaming devices (guest mode).
Laundry: Washer and dryer are located just outside of the unit with all the detergent and fabric softener you'll need.

You are booking the Cottage of a triplex property.

Your private entrance is through the driveway gate; follow signs to walk around the path to the door with a smart lock. Your code will be sent to you within 3 days of your arrival.

The Studio, attached to the Cottage, has a long-term tenant, who is super sweet and helpful.

You have 100% privacy in the cottage throughout your stay.

This home is in a very quiet neighborhood and we would like to keep it this way.

If you need to check-in earlier than my listed check-in time or need to check-out later than my listed check-out time, our cleaners charge $25 per hour that will be collected after booking.
