Come enjoy your season just a short 1 block to 3rd Street and 2 more blocks to Naples beach and pier. This stunning open concept unit has been completely renovates. Great room with large center island, fully equipped kitchen, dining for 4, and living area with large screen TV. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest suite has two twin beds, TV, and guest bathroom room is the hall. This unit does come with WIFI and there is a common laundry room in the building. Boniare Club has an active community center completely remodeled to the latest standards with Pool area, outdoor patio with grilling and dining areas, all new bathrooms, showers, library, Bocce ball, shuffleboard and community party room. A wonderful place to create memories. This is a 90 day required stay. NO pets.
