We are delighted to offer you a private three story (3500 sq ft) mountain home with stunning year round panoramic views. Large outdoor deck, fireplace, ping pong table, air hockey, Internet, Roku TV, board games and toys. Fully stocked with loads of baby gear, kitchen and household supplies.

Bedroom 1 – 2 queen beds (upper floor)

3 full bathrooms. 1 full bath located on each floor, master bedroom has an en-suite w a jetted tub.

Seating for 12 people. Dining table, extra chairs provided.

DEC HOLIDAYS- UPDATE: RULE DOES NOT APPLY TO THE YEAR 2024
The December Holidays are split into two 6 night minimums. Christmas week and New Years week. Guests booking Christmas week (prior to Dec 26th) MUST be checked out by December 28th. Any reservations made that cross between the two holiday weeks may lead to cancellation if alternate arrangements can’t be made.

FULLY STOCKED HOME INCLUDES
Linens, plenty of towels, soap, laundry detergent, dish washer liquid, dish soap, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, iron and board, coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, microwave, plenty of eating utensils and more.

BABY/KID GEAR
Pack and Play w/ crib mattress and sheets, high chair, baby swing, exersaucer, toys, board games, game console.

TV’s
2 flat screen TV’s, and 1 35” TV with Roku and Sling TV.

OUR LOCATION
The high country of Barnardsville and Weaverville are known for their farm lands, plush rolling hills and wide open valleys. You get the luxury of seclusion while still having the convenience of shopping and dining close by. The multitude of outdoor activities in this country oasis are abundant.

Nearby is the quaint town of Weaverville where you can shop or dine at Soba, The Glass Onion, Twisted Laurel, Blue Mountain Pizza or Mike's Main Street Grill. Also available is the bustling Well Bred Bakery where you can taste the Sunday morning cinnamon buns.

Outside the town there is an Ingles, Publix, Aldi, 24-hour gym, Walmart, fast food, and more!!

Our opinion- It's the best darn spot in the entire area!

ACCESS
Guest will be given the code to obtain access. You must sign and return pre-arrival paperwork, including a rental agreement, to obtain all checkin papers. Property Manager and handyman available should any issues arise.

HANDICAP ACCESS
You may enter one step up through the ground floor into a bedroom with a view and a full bath, however there is one flight of steps to the main living areas (kitchen, living room, dining room) We do not provide handicap rails in the bathrooms.
