Welcome to our cozy lower level, featuring a family room with a 75-inch smart TV, a pullout queen bed, an under-the-stairs reading nook, and a kids' play area. Ready for game night? Our 6-person table is perfect for cards or snacks from the custom-built wet bar/kitchenette, complete with a mini refrigerator and microwave. Three additional bedrooms and two full-sized bathrooms, all with incredible mountain views, are also located on this floor.

The fully stocked kitchen boasts high-end Wolf appliances, including a double oven and 6-burner stove. Discover the unique 'secret butter closet' complete with a coffee bar. I or someone from my team will be readily available and happy to help with anything you need. We use self-check-in for all guests but I make sure to touch base with them upfront as well as after their stay, giving them privacy during their stay. I'm only a text or phone call away if you need me at all.

-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.

-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
