This cute condo allows you to soak up the sun, sand, and sea of the Gulf. The beach is just a few blocks away from Unit 101 of La Coquina! Sun-seekers can spend their lazy days swimming in the ocean and sunbathing, while adventure-seekers can rent Jet Skis, parasailing, or go on dolphin-watching tours. You will love your time at the condo. It is bright and airy, with a sectional couch and a TV. La Coquina boasts a private pool. The best part of La Coquina is the private balcony that overlooks the sparkling waters of the Gulf. The master bedroom and great room have sliding doors that lead to a large balcony with views of Madeira Beach's golden sands and the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the leather sofa in the sun-filled great rooms. You can watch TV and DVDs or connect your iPod dock to your vacation playlist. The dining area is equipped with 4 chairs and a large galley-style kitchen. A serving hatch opens directly into the great space! It is a short walk from the beach, sand and sunbathing. There are many water sports and boating activities! For boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing, head to John's Pass (3 mins by car). You can also enjoy all the water sports activities at The aPassa. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Madeira Beach is just west of St. Petersburg. It has 2.5 miles of beautiful beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico water. Legend has it that John LeVique, a pirate, was the first European to settle Madeira Beach. It is most well-known for its 1,100-foot boardwalk that runs along the Intracoastal, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Johnas Pass is home to a variety of shops and restaurants set in an old-fashioned fishing village setting. You can spend your time here watching dolphins play and diving for fish, or just relax and enjoy the delicious food and drinks. You can fish, but you can also rent a boat, go on a pirate cruise, or take a sunset dolphin cruise. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and public beaches within the city limits.
