The condo is a paradise that has been completely renovated. La Coquina offers a private pool. The best part of La Coquina is the large private balcony that overlooks the sparkling waters of the Gulf. It can be accessed from both the master bedroom and the living room. The balcony overlooks Madeira Beach's golden sands and the Gulf of Mexico. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular sunsets on Madeira Beach. The unit sleeps four with a King-size bed in the master bedroom and two Twin beds in each of the guest bedrooms. It is most well-known for its 1,100-foot boardwalk that runs along the Intracoastal, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Johnas Pass is home to a variety of shops and restaurants set in an old-style fishing village. You can spend your time here watching dolphins play and diving for fish, or just relax and enjoy the delicious food and drinks. You can fish, but you can also rent a boat, go on a pirate cruise, or take a sunset dolphin cruise. There are many restaurants, bars, shops and public beaches within the city limits.
