The property is located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and only a mile from Johnas Pass. Madeira Beach is just west of St. Petersburg. It has 2.5 miles of beautiful beaches and sparkling Gulf of Mexico water. Legend has it that John LeVique, a pirate, was the first European to settle in the Madeira Beach area. It is most well-known for its 1,100-foot boardwalk that runs along the Intracoastal, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. Johnas Pass is home to a variety of shops and restaurants set in an old-fashioned fishing village setting. You can watch pelicans diving for fish, see dolphins play, shop until you're satisfied, or just relax and enjoy the delicious food and drink.
