Crown molding, ceiling fans, and flat-screen TVs are also available. This corner unit on the 3rd floor has a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico from its balcony, living and dining areas. NOTE: A $30.00/ONE-TIME PARKING/RESORT FEE WILL BE CHARGED BY THE ASSOCIATION FOR YOUR STAY. Only CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS will be accepted. A $30.00 additional parking fee will be charged if you have a second car. A $10 per day parking fee will be charged to any guest who visits you during your stay. GUESTS MUST LEAVE BY 11:00 PM. A Saturday arrival is required for a minimum of one week. The condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can accommodate six guests. It has a king-size bed in its master bedroom (new frame & mattress), a full and twin bed (new frames & mattresses) in the guest room, and a Queen Air Mattress in the living area for additional sleeping. It is surrounded by the stunning blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico from three sides. This luxurious resort condo is set on 14 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. The complex has a 24-hour security gated entry, a heated pool, a spa, a newly renovated shuffleboard court and volleyball courts, and a large, fully-equipped fishing deck. There are also two tennis courts with a courtside pavilion. A well-maintained wooden boardwalk wraps the community for scenic walks with stunning views at every turn. Treasure Island was named after an early hotelier who dug up and found a few wooden chests along the beach. The chests contained treasure, according to the hotelier. The news quickly spread and the area was renamed Treasure Island. Treasure Island is close to St. Petersburg, and centrally located to everything. Three miles of white sandy beaches and pristine waters attract visitors from all walks of the globe to Treasure Island. You can go snorkeling, swimming, parasailing and bird and dolphin watching. Or simply walk along the beach and enjoy the stunning sunsets. You can walk the Treasure Island Beach Trail, a mile long, to reach the motels, restaurants and bars that make this amazing destination's heart!
