It offers all the comforts of home, including TVs, wireless high-speed internet and linens. Gated Community: You will be required to pay a $30.00 per-night parking/resort fee for your stay. Only CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS will be accepted. A $30.00 additional parking fee will be charged if you have a second car. A $10 per day parking fee will be charged to any guest who visits you during your stay. GUESTS MUST LEAVE BY 11:00 PM. Saturday arrival is required for a minimum of one week.
