Enjoy a peaceful Haven! This executive home is located in the Gulf of Mexico's intracoastal waterway. Enjoy a peaceful escape in a spacious home that will allow you to make new memories with your loved ones. The home is perfectly designed and has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. There are 2 master bedrooms and a bathroom in the second bedroom. The first master bedroom features a king-size bed and a balcony that overlooks the pool and the water. The attached bathroom features a free-standing tub and shower, as well as a double vanity. The second and third guest bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and a twin trundle for 4 people. The second master suite's last guest bedroom has a king-size bed and a crib for families. For children younger than 5, the closet includes a bouncy seat, toys, and a shelf. Children should be aware that this house has stairs and no elevator. The home has a bay front heated swimming pool with lots of seating. You can read outside or relax with a book. You will find an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and one of the living rooms. The kitchen has a great view of the pool and you can either cook or relax in the living area. The game room has a new foosball and pool table. You can also use the office if you are unable to access the home via a computer. It is separated by a door for privacy if you need silence. This home is truly unique and we try our best to make it look like it. Sorry, no parties, events, smoking inside, or pets. Security cameras are installed on the property to protect you and ours. They will be located at the front and sides. Tierra Verde once had 15 islands that were covered with mangroves, pines and brush. These islands were small to large, with some measuring only a few acres, while others had larger areas, such as Cabbage Key which covered 289 acres. Native Americans used these islands as burial and ceremonial grounds for centuries. On the east side Pinellas Bayway, just North of East Shore Drive is a marker that shows where Native American relics were discovered in a typicalA shell mound. This was excavated during the construction of the road to Fort De Soto Park. Archaeologists believe that the islands were sacred ground for Native nations 500 years ago. There were deadly conflicts when outsiders entered. The SpanishA explorers arrived. Juan Ponce de LeA3n was the first to explore the area. He returned to Cuba in 1521 with a wound that he later succumbed to. Later, A NarvaezA, A Hernando De SotoA explored the area. Then pirates and A buccaneersA sailed through the area, including A JosA(c), Gaspar, Juan Gomez and A Jean Lafitte. It is believed that a treasure was once buried here.
