Property Description

Just 8 minutes from the town of Ellicottville, this exquisite property is covering over 130 acres and includes a remodeled 3 bed 2 bath 2000+ sq ft. home with beautiful great room, fire place, tiger wood kitchen and so much more. Leaving the main house is a road up the hill to the second property, a log cabin which includes a loft for more sleeping. In between the two properties is a fresh water spring feeding 5 stocked ponds. One with Perch, Two with Bass, and Two with Trout. Lined with Apple tree's and trails throughout.

Snow plowing is provided, Winter season brings snow, four wheel or all wheel drive may be needed. We suggest you prepare for the winter rentals, no refunds will be given if you are unable to get to the property because you do not have four wheel drive .
