The Sanderling is a three bedroom, 2.5 bath two story home. Tastefully done with a contemporary décor the home has many skylights and windows creating a very warm and light feel. Enjoy the pool and tennis courts open to the neighborhood community seasonally (Memorial Day thru Labor Day) Easy beach access is less than a five minute walk.
