Just steps from the cool, white sands of Siesta Key Beach, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is perfect for anyone who likes everything they need to be within walking distance. In addition to being just a few hundred yards from the beach, right across the street are restaurants, shops, groceries, ice cream and coffee hangouts, souvenir stores, bars, entertainment, and more!

Located in the 49-unit Sea Shell Condominium complex, #309 sleeps 6, with a king bed in the master and a queen and full bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have en suite baths, with a walk-in shower in the master and a shower/tub combo in the second bath.

Like all of the condos in our complex, this one is fully stocked to be your very comfortable home away from home. That includes a kitchen with full-sized appliances and anything you would need for cooking, baking, and dining, a dining area that seats 6, and a comfortably appointed living room. There are TVs in each bedroom and the living room and Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO are complimentary.

The Sea Shell Condos offer many amenities for our guests, including beach towels, beach chairs, and loungers. There are coin-operated laundries on each floor and two elevators for maximum accessibility. Be sure to check out our newly remodeled Tiki Hut and outdoor picnic areas: there are two gas grills in the Tiki Hut and two charcoal grills in the picnic area. Just stop by the onsite office to reserve your grill when you arrive.
