Seaboard Lofts is a modern architectural local landmark built in 1979 and fully renovated in 2021. The duplex sits on the hill giving each identical unit the feeling of living in a high rise while enjoying 180 degree views of the ocean featuring the view of white water waves.
The units feature new remote controlled blackout, solar combo blinds and air conditioning to add to your comfort. Each unit occupies an entire floor which limits the need to constantly climb stairs which is required in most of the modern buildings in the area. The lower unit is referred to as the Loft and shares the dynamic views while having the convenience to be located in the walking district of Cardiff-by-the-Sea which features fine dining and Seaside Market. As a corner lot location, the units are located on a fairly busy street whose sporadic noise is partially addressed by the design and modern windows found throughout the units. The Loft has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, including a spacious master suite with walk-in closet, uniquely designed curved walls and ocean views in both bedrooms. Each 1128 square foot unit has approximately, 30 feet of glass sliding doors that opens to a 300 square foot balcony where you can enjoy the breeze while watching the waves of the ocean from the combined 1400 square feet of living, dining and kitchen areas. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, 65 inch HDTV, electric fireplace, high speed internet for your enjoyment.
Both units share a fenced front yard which provides an ocean view sitting area with fire pit, BBQ, outdoor shower and Jacuzzi hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina’s Loft. It was so nice to have a safe place to park our car. We enjoyed the balcony - set up nicely with a view. The Loft was also very updated and included everything we needed for our stay. We ended up having to make a same-day booking, and Cristina got everything taken care of so easily. It was nice to have AC in the master bedroom. The location was great and we felt safe. We would definitely stay again!

The home is located in a nice, safe beach neighborhood (always an important element) with great ocean/sunset views and close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Cristina was quick to respond when we had a question and everything was so simple we didn’t need to worry about a thing.
