Seabee Surf is situated on the beach of North Topsail Beach in beautiful Topsail Island North Carolina. It has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep 15 people. It is pet-friendly. Up to 4 dogs are allowed with a NON-REFUNDABLE fee of $200+tax for each dog. The bedding includes a King, 4 Queens and a set bunk beds. There is also an extra large twin-sized rollaway bed. The property has three cable TVs, internet and Wifi. There is also an elevator that goes to every floor. Welcome to the beach at ground level! You'll immediately smell the salty air as you enter the property. The crashing waves of the ocean are also visible. Parking is available for up to three cars, depending on the size of the vehicle. There are also parking spaces for another two or three cars in front and at the side of the unit. From here, you have direct access to the ocean. On this level, there is also a hot/cold enclosed shower for rinsing off before entering the property. This level also has a beach umbrella, beach chairs, and a gas barbecue. First Level: The first level can be accessed by either the stairs leading up to the oceanfront deck, or the carport. This level has a beautifully decorated dining area, a full kitchen, a bedroom, and a full bathroom. Family Room: Includes a smart TV with remote, DVD player and electric fireplace. Couch converts into a queen-sized bed. Enjoy the ocean view from this room! Dining Area: Enjoy your favorite board games or eat at this magnificent oceanview dining table for six. This fully equipped kitchen has plenty of granite counters to prepare your meals. Stainless steel appliances with ice maker. Three additional people can sit on the stools at the kitchen counter. The first bedroom is located down the hall behind the main kitchen. It has a queen-sized bed with beautiful views of the intercoastal. This bedroom is connected to a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Second level: This floor has three bedrooms and a full-sized washer/dryer in the main closet. This closet also contains an iron and an ironing board. Bedroom Two is located across the hall from room number three. This room has a queen-sized bed and a bunk bed. This room offers a great view of the intercostal but does not have deck access. It is therefore perfect for younger guests. This bedroom is connected to the bathroom that is shared with bedroom number two. Bedroom Three: This oceanfront bedroom is located second down the hall to the left. It features a queen-sized bed with beautiful distressed beach furnishings, a medium-sized TV with remote, and a cable television. This bedroom has its own full shower/tub combination bathroom. This room shares the oceanfront deck (but no beach access) with bedroom number 2. Bedroom Four: The oceanfront bedroom at the top of stairs on the left has a queen-sized bed with beachy furniture. Through a sliding glass door, this room provides access to the oceanfront deck. The ocean views from this deck are spectacular, but there is no beach access. The bathroom is a shower/tub combination located down the hall. Top Level: This level offers views of the ocean worth millions and is dedicated to the master bedroom and full master bathroom. This room features a large king-sized bed, a TV of medium size with remote and a walk in closet. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and a large jetted bathtub/shower combination. The views from the private oceanfront deck are simply breathtaking! This deck is four floors above the beach and does not have access to it.
