This home is dog friendly.There is a $200 pet fee per reservation. Only 1 dog) allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department.

caused by pet or any additional cleaning charges resulting from your pet.

This amazing home sits above Tyson park on Pacific Street, perfect to walk to the beach or the pier and enjoy some of the best weather that is year round not to hot and not to cold. We manage two condos in a six unit complex, If you are planning a larger family vacation,- rent 2  of these beautiful homes.  Each condo has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and a private balcony with panoramic ocean views. We have ocean breezes, central air and heat in all of our properties NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED, .. NO SMOKING!

This space is located on the East of Pacific Street close to the Oceanside Pier! There is a public beach park across the street which cannot be built upon. 

The Condo has 3 bedrooms all with king beds and a sleeper sofa in living room for additional sleeping.
The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom has a combination shower and tub.

You must be able to climb stairs. This property is on the second floor.

Other Things to Note:
No Smoking, No Parties or Events, Complex does not have an elevator, you must take stairs up to the condo entrance, and stairs down into the garage, this is a top floor unit.
