This property is under new management. We have replaced  the carpet in the bedroom with luxury vinyl plank flooring. Our cleaners work directlly for us, This enables us to have a superior cleaning standard. We take care of all maintenance issues right away. Some of the amenities include A/C. ceiling fan in master bedroom, washer and dryer, all appliances in the large gourmet kitchen and secure parking at your door. This 2-bedroom 2.5 bath condo sleeps 6 and contains everything to make your stay amazing. The master bedroom has a king size bed,the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a sleeper sofa. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the second bathroom has a combination tub and shower. Relax on the spacious private patio with a fire pit, BBQ and gate access on the Strand. Breathe easy knowing that the unit is non-smoking. Be our guests, enjoy and make memories that last a lifetime.

This home is dog friendly. There is a $200 pet fee per reservation. Only (2 )dogs allowed. We only accept dogs. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our reservations Department. No dogs on list of dangerous breeds, Guest responsible for all damage caused by pet or any additional cleaning charges resulting from your pet.

The remote for the electronic blinds has been discontinued. If you do any damage to the remote we will charge you $500 from your security deposit.
