Jacuzzi tub and outdoor activities from 10pm-7am. No parties or events are allowed no matter what.
Sound should not be passing the property line. This house is a NON_SMOKING house and property.
Please be sure to check the pet policies. DO NOT bring a pet to the home if the house is not pet friendly.
There will be fines up to $2,000 and evictions if these rules are broken.  Please take trash with you, you will be provided with instructions to the
nearest dumpsite.
