Property Description

The sounds of stillness fill the space between wind rustling through the trees, conversations in the 8 person hot tub, and laughter coming from the house as someone breaks the balls to start the next game of pool. And when you get the desire to head out the door, access to hiking trails in the national forest is a short 3 minute walk at the end of the road. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is a 5 minute drive, Snow Summit is a 10 minute drive, and the lake and village is a short 8 minute drive away. When you return, kick off your shoes in the mud room and walk into the beautifully updated kitchen for a cold bottle of water or chilled glass of wine.

With a farm style dining room table, a granite bar for additional seating, and a big stone fireplace in the living room, there is plenty of space for sharing good meals and great times with friends and family. And finally, critical during this time of working and schooling virtually, the house was recently upgraded to the latest WiFi 6 technology with 400 Mbps internet speed throughout the house, letting everyone get onto their zoom calls with ease and clarity.
