It can even accommodate an RV or boat with ease.

During warmer months, put your feet up and enjoy the crisp mountain air on the wrap-around balcony while immersing yourself in a great book.  Take it up a notch with some good-natured family fun playing full-court basketball or beach volleyball right in your own yard.   Want to get your competitive juices flowing but not conditioned to the altitude? *NO AMPLIFIED SOUND IS PERMITTED OUTSIDE AT ANY TIME. INDOOR SOUND CANNOT BE LOUD ENOUGH TO BE AUDIBLE AT THE PROPERTY LINE (NO PARTIES ALLOWED!)

*NO PARKING MORE THAN THE MAX CAR CAPACITY. NO PARKING IN THE STREET AND IN THE YARD.

*PLEASE TAKE YOUR TRASH TO THE LOCAL DUMPSTER LOCATIONS PROVIDED – 419 GARSTIN DR. & 39690 BIG BEAR BLVD

*NO SMOKING AT ANY TIME IN THE HOUSE OR ON THE PROPERTY. FAILURE TO COMPLY MIGHT RESULT IN FINES UP TO $2000 AND/OR EVICTION.
