Nestled in the most prestigious neighborhood of Castle Glen Estates, this home will fill your family with memories of restful days and fun field nights. Rest your eyes on the beautiful lake and mountain views from the decks and floor-to-ceiling windows. The main floor is an open floor plan with vaulted ceilings, and fireplace, pool table, and breakfast bar to the chef’s kitchen where you can cook while you entertain. Snuggle up on the cozy couches and watch a movie on the large HD TV. Plenty of room for all your guests. The bunk room is perfect for the kids while parents, grandparents, or friends can choose one of the large bedrooms with views of the lake!

Ideally located, 1/2 a mile to the lake, the nearest public boat ramp is about a mile. The two ski resorts are each about 3 miles away. Grocery stores and dining are about 1/2 mile. Come experience all four seasons of activities that Big Bear Lake has to offer.

This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, tubing and a lot more for adventurous guest. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, mountain bike and many more activities!

Home Truths:
- Pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SCV's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Use of outdoor spas and other outdoor activities are prohibited from 10 pm - 7 am. PER CITY CODE, city officers will patrol and enforce.
- No amplified sound is permitted outside at any time. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line.
- Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle.
- This home can accommodate 12 people 8 ADULTS MAX.

A maximum of 3 vehicles may park on-site.

Live check-ins are required for all our Big Bear homes and you will be asked to sign a Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy prior to your stay. Upon arrival at Big Bear, our staff will meet you at our local SCV office and provide your check-in details.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $950 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed, this is a city regulation and city officers will patrol rental areas and enforce it.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we cannot always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
