The Space:
Welcome to Villa del Sol #205. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features coastal decor and island charm. The high fencing walls by the courtyard and pools make for a very secure and private stay.
Villa del Sol is a quiet, family-friendly complex with 2 pools open from 9 am to 9 pm. Quiet time is enforced from 9 pm to 9 am. The property is a max five-minute walk to the beach. Take a dip after a beach day or relax on the grass lawn in the private courtyard or the patio overlooking the pool.
Walk to nearby shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues to experience island life.
Our somewhat dated condo has a kitchen that is fully equipped with appliances & stocked with all pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Ideal for those seeking a quiet place, this complex offers a tranquil retreat.
The dining area seats up to 6 guests, with extra seating at the bar. The living room includes a flat-screen TV, perfect for family movie nights or game days.
The sofa converts into a full-size sleeper. Step onto your very large private balcony with a charcoal grill (charcoal not provided) with a dining table and lounge chairs. The condo offers spacious living at 1060 sq ft, larger than most 2-bedroom units to be found
Guests can choose between the Master bedroom with a king-size bed and the guest bedroom with two twin beds. Both rooms have TVs. The guest bathroom features a bathtub/shower combo. The master bathroom offers a walk-in shower.
A double airbed is als provided just in case, but bring bedding if using the airbed or pull-out sofa.
The condo accommodates up to 6 people, including children and infants and more guests are not allowed. Located on the 2nd floor, take the stairs or elevator for better views and a quiet stay with no noise from above. A washer and dryer are available for quick laundry on the floor as coin operated.
The property is managed locally by South Padre Island Trips, and linens and towels are provided. A starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, and soaps is included but not unlimited nor re stoked
Off-season discounts are available for 3 or more nights from Sept 15 to Dec 15, as well as military discounts. Ask us if youd like more info.
One off-street parking space is included (golf carts count as vehicles). Additional parking may be found on Gulf Blvd, but it can be challenging on weekends. The complex requires a 2-night minimum rental, with primary guests being at least 25 years old. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.
No smoking, parties, unregistered guests, nor pets allowed. There are no exceptions
Guests must register at unit #100 upon arrival during business hours or make arrangements beforehand.
You must call the onsite manager for check in and issuance of parking permit.
Door codes are provided on the day of check-in via text message before 3 pm.
Please read and agree to all house rules before booking. No refunds for cancellations. Short Term Rental License available upon request.
