Was a beautiful house. We cooked quite a bit and used all the cooking utensils, appliances, etc. Everything was in great shape I would suggest for the owner to supply a few kitchen trash bags for easier clean-up

This house was perfect. Great and ease beach access. Swimming pool was directly across the street from the house. The only negative part was that you couldn't have guests for dinner and you had to wear arm bands. The upstairs balcony need furniture. Make sure you bring additional pots and pans. Otherwise perfect vacation.

SPI provided a great rental company service. They were very responsive to any requests that we had. Example- we needed batteries for smoke detector and one call later--it was fixed. the Units that we rented from them were ready when we arrived and well appointed.

I shared the house with my sister and our family. We had 4 adults and 6 children ranging in age from 13 to 20. We all had a great time. The gated community was perfect for the adults and the location was perfect for the older kids. We would differently rent again.

We had a great stay at this property. The pictures online do not do it justice. It seemed like it would be smaller than it was but tured out to be the perfect size for or group. Close to the beach and pool,and a little further out from the hustle and bustle of the town. We will probably be booking in the future.
