What an adventurous place to gather and vacation! &nbsp; After a fun day around the water, enjoy watching the evening sky change to gorgeous sunset colors. There is also a picnic table and grill under the house along with the swing for your enjoyment. &nbsp;<br />

Make time during your stay to head over to the famous Kemah Boardwalk, only 3.6 miles away, for dinner, drinks, shopping, rides and festivities.<br />

A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.<br />
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.<br />
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.<br />

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!<br />
