* Dog(s) must be fully housebroken, on regular flea/tick treatment, well behaved, kept on a hand-held leash at all times while outside private areas, and crate trained. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture at any time, including beds, and guest must plan to crate their dog if away from the home. Guest agrees to pick up all doggie refuse from the property, as it occurs, and dispose of it in a tied bag placed, inside garbage bins. Guest agrees that their dogs will be clean, with sand removed prior to entering the home. If excessive cleaning and/or deodorizing is needed, extra charges may apply. Cats and other animals are not allowed.<br />

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!<br />
