Located only a couple of miles from the Kemah Boardwalk, where you&#39;ll have access to fabulous waterfront restaurants, amusements, charming retail stores, festivals, and seaside shows. Search &quot;Kemah Boardwalk&quot; for their events schedule, including fireworks! Enjoy a fabulous view from the deck.<br />

Sit on either of the large decks and enjoy drinks and good conversation with family and friends, watching the large pelican acrobatics, over the water. Lounge downstairs and soak up some sun while being refreshed by the ocean breeze.<br />

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.<br />
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.<br />

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!<br />
