There is plenty of room in and around this spacious, well-appointed, comfortable home to gather and make memories with family and friends. When not lounging or having fun at this beautiful retreat, rent a golf cart (Rick&#39;s Rentals) or walk across the road, (cautiously), to get to the beach!<br />
<br />
There are modern showers, and a washer/dryer for your convenience, when you return. &nbsp;Please rinse off prior to entering! &nbsp;Thank you.<br />

Some areas not too far away that you may be interested in:&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Nates Restaurant, (they stay busy and may not answer the phone)&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Seven Seas Grocery, (small grocery store in Jamaica Beach, with gas station)&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;The Sandbar Grille&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Waterman&#39;s RestaurantIf you will be need a large amount of groceries, we recommend stopping at Walmart or Kroger on your way in, as this location is on the far West end of the island, (yet under 30 minutes to downtown Galveston).<br />

A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.<br />
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.<br />
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.<br />

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!<br />
