Within 5 minutes to the Historical Strand District for music, shopping, food, or having a seat and just sightseeing. Perfect for family reunions, retreats, or multiple-family getaways. This house features a family room to play board games and make memories. This home is 4 bedroom 1 bath. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedroom 2 has two queen beds, and bedroom 3 has two pyramid bunk beds. (full on bottom, Twin on top) and bedroom 4 has one pyramid bunk bed ( full on bottom, Twin on top). Fully equipped kitchen and dining room table. <br />

Located on historical 25th street... perfect view for the Mardi Gras Parade when en Route. Short walk to Pleasure Pier, Murdoch's, restaurants, shopping, and the beach.<br />
